We do not share mobile numbers with third parties for marketing.

Business Clients and Processors

When we process personal data strictly on behalf of a business client under a contractual agreement, Netraon acts as a data processor, and the business client is the data controller.

In such cases, the client’s own privacy policy governs the processing of personal data, and Netraon will act only on their documented instructions, as outlined in our Data Processing Addendum (DPA). For more information or to obtain a copy of our DPA, please contact dataprotection@netraon.com.

International Data Transfers

Netraon may transfer or process personal data outside of your country of residence, including to jurisdictions such as the United States or other non-EEA countries, due to the nature of our cloud-based tools and infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Google, Notion, Vercel).
